Unifiedmed has established this Privacy Policy to transparently inform Users about how personal data is collected and processed on the website found at: https://www.unifiedmed.be (hereinafter the "Site").
The term "User" refers to any user, whether a natural or legal person, who visits the Site or communicates with it in any way.
Unifiedmed determines all technical, legal, and organizational means and purposes for processing Users' personal data.

Unifiedmed is free to choose a natural or legal person to process Users' personal data on its behalf and under its responsibility (hereinafter the "Processor"). In such cases, Unifiedmed ensures the Processor provides sufficient guarantees regarding technical and organizational security measures in accordance with the Act and the Regulation.
2. Processing of Personal Data
The use of the Site by Users may result in the disclosure of personal data. The processing of such data by Unifiedmed, either as the Data Controller or by service providers acting on its behalf, complies with the Act and the Regulation.

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation, the purposes of processing are communicated to the User. Unifiedmed’s objectives include:
- Contacting the User to discuss a potential acquisition.
4. Personal Data That May Be Processed
The User agrees that Unifiedmed may collect and process the following personal data during the visit and use of the Site, in line with this Privacy Policy:
- All information voluntarily provided by the User: email address or phone number.

By accessing and using the Site, the User declares having freely, specifically, informedly, and unequivocally consented to the processing of their personal data after reviewing this Privacy Policy.

Personal data may be shared with Unifiedmed employees, partners, subcontractors, or suppliers who provide appropriate data security guarantees and assist with marketing or service delivery. They operate under Unifiedmed's direct authority.

Unifiedmed guarantees the User the right to access their personal data as outlined in Article 15 of the Regulation.

Under Article 16, the User has the right to rectify inaccurate or irrelevant data. Users may edit their profile or request Unifiedmed to make corrections.
c) Right to Erasure
As stated in Article 17, the User may request the deletion of personal data under certain conditions.
d) Right to Restrict Processing
As outlined in Article 19, Users may request to limit processing under certain conditions.
e) Right to Data Portability
In line with Article 20, Users can request a copy of their data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and may transmit it to another controller.
f) Right to Object and Automated Decision-Making
According to Article 21, Users may object to data processing based on their particular situation, including profiling and direct marketing.
g) Right to Lodge a Complaint

10. Limitation of the Data Controller's Liability

Unifiedmed is not liable for data loss, damage, or theft due to viruses or cyberattacks.
